Please contact HSAP Help Desk using the information below. Test Administrators should contact the HSAP Help Desk after checking first with their school’s Test Coordinator and/or Technology Coordinator.

E-mails to the Help Desk will be automatically logged and will be responded to by project staff within one working day (typically sooner). Urgent requests will be given priority.

To help move cases more quickly to the appropriate Help Desk agent, please fill in the Help Desk Intake Form and copy and paste it in your initial email along with a description of the issue you are reporting.
